RCS Group Chat ID A globally unique identifier that uniquely identifies a Group Chat and that is created when the group chat is first started and preserved over Group Chat restarts. RCS User An end user that has device or client (and the corresponding Service Provider subscription) supporting the RCS capability exchange framework and at least one of the services defined in the current specification.
